Goal. Napoli striker Edinson Cavani has affirmed the Azzurri can now aim for a spot in next season’s Champions League after he scored a hat-trick in the side’s 3-0 win over Juventus.

The Uruguayan international also dedicated one of his goals to his newborn, and he explained his reaction.

“It is a great joy to win. Seeing the stadium helped us lift and play in the way we did,” the striker told Sky Sport post-match. “It was a deserved victory and a wonferful match.

“My child comes first. I am pleased with his arrival, as we have been waiting for a long time, and we are both happy.

“The team is competing well and high up the table, but we must keep on improving. Against Inter, we committed too many errors, and we must keep on being more solid in defence and playing a higher tempo,” he concluded.
